MIAMI'S STREET ART SURFACE FESTIVAL
Surface Festival is an annual street art festival here on the Gold Coast. It's something we look forward to every year! Pile up a bunch of rad mural artists, two art exhibitions, and heaps of live music events and you have a bit of an idea of how awesome this festival is.
As one of the mural artists for the 2022 lineup, Kiel went out on a limb and created a concept built purely on fun. When presented with the pitched concept, the only thing the (building) owner said was "can we add a surfer"– enter surferdude eyeball man to hit the brief.
